October Outreach - Adams County SPCA
We are collecting much needed items for the Adams County SPCA. If you can donate any of the following it will go a long way in caring for the animals that are patiently waiting for their forever homes. Items needed are: Dog & cat toys, cat litter, disinfectant wipes, bleach, 13 gallon trash bags, toilet paper, tissues, copy paper, Fancy Feast wet cat food, and Purina One +Plus Adult Skin & Coat dog food. Please place your donations in the narthex.​

Free Play Friday at Flohr's Church
Friday, October 31
Preschoolers: 10am - noon | School-aged kids: 2pm - 4pm
Kids can explore our play area, enjoy a hands-on STEM table, and get creative in the arts corner. Families are also welcome to brows our church library and borrow books to enjoy at home. Parents must stay with their child. Please use this time to connect, and enjoy coffee, juice, and snacks. All are welcome - come play, learn, and make a new friend!​

We are sponsoring Thanksgiving meals for two Franklin Township families. Please sign up to provide meals items on the sheet in the narthex. Items due by Sunday 11/23. Thank you for your generosity in supporting our Franklin Township neighbors!

Veterans Day Card Making & Special Service
Wednesday, November 5 | 5:00 - 7:00 pm | Flohr's Church
Join us anytime between 5–7 PM on November 5th to help make cards of gratitude for our local veterans. Then, don’t miss our Veterans Day Service and Breakfast as we honor those who have served our country with courage and sacrifice, on November 9th.

Bread Making Day

Learn how to make 2-3 different types of bread and take home a sampling of your creations to share (or enjoy yourself). It's a great way to learn something new, spend time with friends, and fill the air with the warm aroma of freshly baked bread. $5 per person. Please register and pay by November 10. New Advent Bible Study
Sunday, November 30 | Following church service
As we prepare our hearts for Christmas, we’ll begin a new Advent Bible Study immediately following worship. Come explore the story of hope, peace, joy, and love as we journey toward the birth of Christ together.
A children's Advent Sunday School will be offered as well. These sessions will run alongside our Adult Bible Study, so children and adults can grow in faith together during this special season of preparation. We’ll also have Coffee Hour between worship and the Advent sessions, a chance for everyone to grab a refreshment and a snack before we begin. We look forward to spending this meaningful Advent season together as a church family , learning, sharing, and preparing our hearts for the coming of Christ.

Coffee Hour
Looking for coffee hour host! We'd love a few volunteers to help with Sunday coffee hour after worship. All you need to do is make coffee (supllies provided) and bring along a light snack to share. It's a simple way to serve and help everyone enjoy fellowship together. Please sign up for a Sunday on the sheets in the Narthex.

We are seeking volunteers to write inspiring articles for our church newsletter! We are looking for stories that highlight the lives and contributions of our amazing members. This could include: historical profiles; member spotlights; "Good Works" stories; and personal reflections. No writing experience is necessary. If you are interested in sharing your talents and helping to tell the stories of our church community, please contact Carrie at the church office.
